The following schools and/or programs are exempted from the WVU Policy on Student Academic Integrity and utilize their own investigation, resolution, and appeal procedures.
- College of Law: information on academic dishonesty procedures, including appeals, is found in the CoL Academic Catalog, Professional Responsibility and Bar Admission, Sections A & B.
- College of Health Sciences: for the following exempted programs, appeals should be directed to the appropriate Committee on Academic and Professional Integrity.
