Assistant Director, Academic Integrity and Student Conduct

Justine joined the staff in the Office of Student Conduct in Summer 2019 as a Graduate Research Assistant. She moved into her current role as Assistant Director of Academic Integrity and Student Conduct in March, 2020. She received her Master of Public Administration from West Virginia State University in 2017, and her Bachelor's degree in Public Management from the University of Guyana in 2013.

Justine is from Georgetown, Guyana, South America. She is a doctoral candidate majoring in Higher Education Administration in the College of Education and Human Services. Her areas of research interest are supportive Academic Integrity environments for International Students as they transition to American higher education. She is specifically focused on creating Academic Integrity policies and processes that are educational rather than punitive and the retention and graduation of International Students. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Gamma Chi Omega Chapter in Morgantown, West Virginia and has a passion for being of service to students and her community.
